About Dunwoody Kitchen Remodeling
Dedicated exclusively to the craft of opening up closed-off kitchens in Dunwoody’s established residential neighborhoods.
Dunwoody Kitchen Remodeling is a kitchen-focused remodeling service built around one problem: the spatial limitations of North Atlanta’s 1970s and 1980s homes. Neighborhoods throughout Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, and Chamblee are filled with beautifully constructed, character-rich homes—yet their original kitchen footprints are often dark, enclosed, and physically separated from everyday family life.
This site covers kitchens only. Work is built by in-house Georgia remodeling crews, with company and license details provided with your estimate and invoice, and we handle every step of opening your floor plan: structural evaluation with a licensed engineer, City of Dunwoody permits and inspections, wall removal and beam installation, cabinetry, and stone surfaces. The same company also handles interior renovations, whole-home remodels and home additions if your project grows beyond the kitchen.
Every project starts with an on-site consultation, followed by a written, line-item estimate and a design and scope phase before any demolition. During construction we keep dust contained, schedule the City of Dunwoody inspections and keep you updated on what happens next. The job is finished only after we walk the kitchen with you and close out every item on the punch list. We serve Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Chamblee and Peachtree Corners, and we focus on the 1970s and 1980s colonials, split-levels and ranches that make up most of these neighborhoods.
